Children Disability Law
The firm has provided legal assistance to children with disabilities, to their families, and to their advocates. We advocate for the civil and education rights of children with disabilities. We have worked to identify systemic deficiencies that plague the service delivery systems in school districts and in other education agencies, and have sought to change, reform, and correct such deficiencies through litigation, administrative advocacy, and public education.
